Discipline, Knowledge, Leadership
Orientation at the academy sets the Cadet Candidates off on their journey to become leaders of the highest degree. Throughout orientation, they will be pushed both physically and mentally harder than they ever have before in their entire lives. While the process will be challenging, the memories made during orientation will never leave them, and the bonds formed with their fellow shipmates will be unbreakable.
This year, our all-star team of Cadre are determined to make this the best orientation ever seen at the academy. They are honored to have the chance to develop the future members of the regiment and prepare them for success far beyond their time here at Mass Maritime.
This blog will be updated daily with pictures and updates on our road to transforming the incoming freshmen class. We are so excited to be able to share this with you. Lastly, I encourage you to be proud of our incoming Cadet Candidates. Orientation is no easy task and is not for the everyday individual. Come Orientation Graduation, their newfound confidence, respect, and grit will be unrivaled.
