Hello, I’m Benjamin Young from Hanover, Massachusetts, and I am the 1st Battalion Commander for the 2024-2025 academic year, overseeing over 650 cadets from freshmen to seniors. As the Battalion Commander, my team and I will be in command of half of the regiment. My responsibilities include collaborating with the Regimental Commander and Battalion Officer on discipline and daily operations, enforcing regimental orders, managing training and morale, representing the Academy at events, coordinating uniform distribution, and facilitating communication between Company Commanders and Regimental staff. I am also studying International Maritime Business and just completed my last internship at Jones Lang Lasalle (Pfizer).
